DRIED FRUITS

Dried fruit is a portable snack and it also can be used in recipes. Proper and successful drying produces safe food with good flavour, texture and colour. Good things are meant to stay longer so we use the concept of natural drying without the use of any preservatives to retain the whole goodness of the fruit

Natural drying ensures the nutritional value of any fruit. Dried fruit is fruit that has had almost all of the water content removed through drying methods. The fruit shrinks during this process, leaving a small, energy-dense dried fruit. Raisins are the most common type, followed by dates, prunes, figs and apricots. Dried fruits also available in candied form but they are sugar coated which might be very unhealthy.

We supply good grade dried fruits made from very good fruits which are dried naturally without any additives. In simple words, shelf life of any fruit is prolonged without disturbing it’s wholesome goodness. A dried fruit if properly store will stay good for 6-12 months.
